Introduction

Adigital Visual Art is the owner and the operator of WWW.WORLDVIRTUALMUSEUM.COM website (the “WVM” or the “SITE”  or the “operator”).

WVM’s Services connect between artist and people around the world, both online and offline, in order to promote artist and there artworks.

This terms of use are a legally binding contract between you and WVM. this contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use WVM and the other services provided by WVM (the “Services” for short).

The use of the site, with all its services and sub sites, is at your own risk. We therefore encourage you to read the following “Terms of Use” carefully before using the Site.

Browsing and using the WVM is subject to your prior consent to the Terms of Use as set out below in these Terms of use (the “Terms”). Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the seller of the item. WVM is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of any content and/or artwork posted on the website and/or that you accessed through the Services. You release us from all liability relating to that content and/or artwork.

Advertising works of art for display and / or sale on the site

You understand that you are solely responsible for the content and/or artwork that you wish to publish on the site. You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and/or artwork, and that you’re not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it.

By publishing Your Content and/or artwork through our Services, you grant WVM a license to use it. We don’t claim any ownership to Your Content and/or artwork, but we have your permission to use it to help WVM function and grow. That way, we won’t infringe any rights you have in Your Content and/or artwork, and we can help promote your stuff.

By posting Your Content and/or artwork, you grant WVM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of Your Content and/or artwork. This allows us to provide the Services and to promote WVM, your WVM page, or the Services in general, in any formats and through any channels, including across any WVM Services, our partners, or third-party website or advertising medium. You agree not to assert any moral rights or rights of publicity against us for using Your Content. • Any illegal material, or material that encourages, supports, assists, provides instructions for the execution or instigation of an act constituting a criminal offense under the laws of the State of Israel.

• Any material that constitutes slander (slander) on a person.

• Any material that reveals the personal or intimate details of a person (including his / her name), without which he / she himself and / or material that infringes the privacy and / or privacy of a person.

• Issues in respect of which there is a gag order of the courts.
